Top of the unit had the name Ingel
plate said Singer

Model # ACR50029-15
Serial # 0114000-H18-0003

They dropped the name in 1984 if that helps

Found that out with the internet search.

I forgot what year the home was build, my next step is to look that up on the appraiser website.

Im going to call it an original install and that it is past its expected life as you said.
