Default Age of A/C unit?
Can anyone tell me the age of this unit. Name on unit: Section of Central Cooling Air Conditioning, made in York, PA. Model #H1CA036S06A. Serial#MFYM196382.

it is a York unit made between 1990 and 1992

When there are three or four letters at the start, the third letter is the year. Y is 1991.
