Homeowner thinks about 8 yrs old.

Preston Guide list that model between 1995 & 2000. The 8 year range seems right. If you know the SEER it is:

13.3- 1995
11.7- 1996
11.8- 1997 - 2000

From the serial number it looks like 1999.

More specifically, February 1999.
