I did an inspection today. The Realtor said the house was 1990. I think it may be older that that.
Gas Fedder Units Model 105N3D S/N EH872094 How old is this unit? I could not find in The blue book. Model CHG080 A2 S/N 262749 D01 - The blue book say 1967? Can someone confirm? Thanks Mac Caradine Caradine Home Inspections info@caradinehomeinspections.com |

Model CHG080 A2 was manufactured from 1967 through 1976. If the house was built in 1990, someone cheated someone with a used furnace. The serial numbers do not match units of that age, however, because they ended in two letters. You have an interesting mystery, here.
