My guess is 1991 built in 39th week or 1976 or 77 from the last digits. I usually find a date code on the gas valve, fan control or other part

Hi Matt, I bet the data plate was hard to read, because I think you wrote it down wrong, I'm sure the model was a GS3BA-030KA.

If so it's from 1999
