Default Air conditioner, no on sight disconnect

This is a southern calif. townhouse. Looks like the air conditioner
was added recently. No on sight disconnect. The Residence was defect
free other than this. Is this a black ink write up? Or should this be red
highlighted in the summary ?

Are they using an old dryer vent for access?

That looks like an older unit for something recently added

It doesn't matter what color it is, it needs to be listed as a defect unless the service panel was in sight. This looks like an original installation to me. . .

This is a common installation here Stephen. It's a flashing, not a dryer vent.
