Default Armstrong air handler age?
can anyone let me know what the age of this air handler:
sn: 5802E 77305
mn: EBCZ42AN00A-1

the outside condensor unit is a carrier-sn: 3490e13093
I am thinking-1990?

With the air handler and the condensing unit being 2 dif brands, and 2 dif ages.....should i report both? this is a 4point inspection.

Thanks for any help.....yes i am a greenie!
