Home Depot did a big campaign in my area last year trying to sell these. Haven’t seen that many installed though.
Still sucks cold air from the house into the attic, just does it for free!
I love Brads explanation and I agree with that.
I understand where he is coming from but I don’t necessarily agree or I should say I don’t totally agree. Not if soffit and or gable vents are in use as they should be and the ceiling area is properly sealed but yes we all know this does not happen very often
