Can you vent a 90%furnace with combustion air and vent with black DWV listed pipe. I asked someone at Standard Plumbing suppy, he didnt know but he did know the always get white pipe

Black ABS is by far the most common in this area for hi-eff furnaces. The manufactures list what is recommended for their furnaces. Also check your local codes.
