Boiler age

Can someone tell me where to find the age of boilers? Here are two from todays inspection.

One is a Teledyne Laars: m/n JVT-75c s/n 8800280
Number two is a Stant/Fin: m/n 100-w-60

Here are some pics. Also, what main things, like water psi valve and alike do you look for?

The Teledyne Laars is a 1980 unit.

I haven't a clue about the Stant/Fin.

Gary - I think you mean Slant Fin. The 4th digit in the Ser# is usually the year. Their # is 516-484-2610.
