A/C disclaimer needed

Looking for A/C disclaimer for my inspection report.

As in sealed unit, inaccessible, weather too cool ETC.

Try this one

The 220-volt 4 ton split system A/C unit MFG in 2004 located on an un-level pad on the west side of the structure in the direct sunlight next to the dryer vent, under the drip line of the roof was not operated from the thermostat due to the outside ambient being in the low forty's at the time of inspection as this can cause damage to the compressor if operated in these conditions.
