Hi guys,

Does anyone have a copy of Preston Guide or Dunlap. I'm looking for information on Carrier Weathermaker 8000TS Yr. 2001. What's the SEER on it? Also, what's the max. output. Is it 80,000 BTU? Just want to make sure. Thanks!

Go to www.carrier.com and work through their site. Usually can find what you need.

The model number will give you the tonage. Being a 2001, unless is it is a high efficiency, it is probably a 12 SEER. 13 SEER wasnt required until 2006
