Anyone with a Preston's guide up early this morning?

I'm out at a property inspection with a Client, and the manufacturer's plates have been removed from the heating and cooling systems. The only thing we have to go on is a Carrier cooling condenser model number 38EDO30310. Based on everything else we're seeing here at the property, we're guessing ca. 1987-1992. I'll check back in about an hour before we leave the property here.

My Client is also a Realtor. I was spouting off about iNACHI and guaranteed him that I would have an answer within one hour. Yahoooooooooo!

I have vintage mid-1980s appliances, air ducts, water heater, insulation, wall paneling, etc., so I told her that my educated guess would be 1987-1992 since property records showed two large equity loans taken out in 1987 and 1992.

(She was also putting me to the test to see if I really did answer the phone 24/7 and if I really would get up to do a 5:30 a.m. inspection. Na, I was just pretending.)
