Default Carrier heat pump fires?

I did an inspection a few days ago and the one year old Carrier heat pump checked out fine. My client called today and said her neighbor had an inspection performed by another company and the inspector said their one year old Carrier heat pump is a fire hazard the way it was installed. Has anyone ever heard of a heat pump being a fire hazard in any way, or any recalls for those units?

Find out from your client the specific fire hazard. Was it the wiring or the unit itself?
