Centurion Heat Pump

I'm trying to determine the capacity and age of the following heat pump. Looks to be a 4-ton unit, but I can figure out the age.

That type of serial number often uses the third digit as the month and then the fourth digit as the last digit of the year, so it would be November of 2006, 1996, 1986, 1976... Pick one.
