I am correct in saying that this has been installed backwards/improperly, not sealed and needs to be 3 ft high? Also double wall needs a 1 inch clearance from combustables. Correct me if I am wrong.

The ridge of the roof is to the right of the vent on the picture.

Here is a better picture. It is installed backwards isnt it?

The other vent had some issues as well.
