what can you tell about a Coleman AC unit.

Model: PAC036H1021H

no capacity was listed.

I believe you have a March 1990 unit manufactured by S. A. Armstrong for Coleman.

Although a "national" brand, S.A. Armstrong did/does most of their business in the Midwest from Tonawanda NY and in Canada from Toronto.

That thing would be a pile of rust, if it was manufactured in 1962.
