Does this verbage cover it all? I'm thinking there is some thing missing.


The heating and air conditioning system, a minimum of once every twelve months,

Such an inspection typically involves partial dismantling of the furnace to facilitate
inspection of the heat exchanger, the internal and external evaporator coils, and
other areas that are not readily visible during this pre-purchase inspection. It is vital
for the efficient long term operation of the HVAC system that the homeowner properly monitor and maintain the HVAC system to possibly avoid unnecessary and costly
premature repairs and/or replacement.
