Condensate Drain

I’m looking for thoughts on this…

Furnace is located in an unfinished room in the lower level, partially open to the crawlspace. Condensate line terminates in to a drain in this space, but there is so much condensation that the perforated type pipe is allowing the water leak out on the ground in this space. I considered this a major concern and recommend that this pipe be re-routed and if need a condensate pump be installed to pump the water to the exterior. Agreed?
