That is a tail piece for a dishwasher drain connection God only knows what its connected to might be a A/C condensate drain or a water softener back wash drain what is on the other side of the wall or above in the attic Follow the yellow brick road
Yes, where did it go? Would be an illegal condensation drain termination.
What would make it illegal if it was connected to a A-coil condensate drain
Yes it was connected to the condensate drain line. Per the seller the previous owner had his own HVAC company.:roll:
