What i meant David is i didn't see it was a secondary drain when i first made the comment, How ever i still wouldn't want it poking out my Ceiling Unless it came down to the floor. Just a lazy cheap Ac guy . Ah i know lots of people that their AC unit on when they are away. down here anyway.

I (myself) would not even consider turning my A/C "ON" while I'm away from home. I don't believe in throwing money away.

Me too David but i think it is a humidity thing here . Some of these fore closers i have do have mold every where doors walls . Hard to believe

Better in the garage than over the front door. Many homeowners rarely use their front door.

I agree with David if it is a secondary pan drain line , but not if its the primary.
Secondary should be noticed and usually above windows for AC units but i have seen
the drain lines not above windows that are for washer that is installed upstairs with drain pan.Just let the buyer know whats its purpose is .
