Default Conduit line from disconnect to outside unit

Had an inspection today, had an electrical conduit line that ran from disconnect(mounted outside of house next to unit) to the outside heat/ac unit. It ran about 6' along the ground. Should this have been buried? It actually ran along side the unit itself. Unable to upload an image due to it's size. 3648 x2736 - 2.1 MB. Suggestions on what i can do to get the picture to a manageable size.

The answer to your question is no. If it's in conduit, it's acceptable.

Go to http://www.irfanview.com/ and dowload their free editor. It will resize one photo at a time or a whole batch in just a few seconds. A tutorital can be found at www.reporthost.com
