cooler support

Heres a photo of what I found at a recent inspection. There were no support chains or anything else except this to support it. ( trying to upload photo)

That's a block of wood between the cooler and garbage can.

I had no idea they had rednecks in CA .
Did you find the location in the yard, where the garbage is collected ?

There was garbage all around the outside of this house, and many other defects.
