Hi folks, I ran into this on a new home inspection. Code states that the termination to be 4' from operable window and it is. This is achieved by the exhaust being below 12" above grade. How should it be written up? Should I recomend that the exhaust not terminate under an operable window? Terminate 12" above grade and 12" above average snow level?
Thanks |

I don't see how the exshaust is 4' from the window, The exshaust vent is the one facing straight out. Also recommend raising intake vent above snow line because it will draw in snow and cause the pressure switches to become filled with water (seen this happen)
