Default Dead body

Should have been found in this home this furnace had just been removed from a occupied home, heat exchanger totally gone Date of MFG 1994

I agree,
The HVAC Technician that serviced the equipment annually should have discovered this condition long before it progressed to this state.

That in its self is the problem some people don't spend the money for a annual service just run to failure
