Default Fire starter

Furnace flue on today's inspection. Yes it is single walled, yes that is metal tape for ductwork, and yes it is about 3 inches from the gas line.

Is that Teflon tape on a gas line? If it wasn't yellow you might want to note it , It is probally water Teflon tape

Wayne, the whole house was a turd. That tape is the least of the worries.
