Flex gas line

Would anyone write is flex gas line inside the furnace cabinet? What would you say about the shut-off switch being taped down, because the cover does fit properly

Flex is ok with me.

I would report "The shutoff off switch is taped down and this condition should be corrected by an HVAC contractor".

Flex okay when contained within the cabinet. Write up the switch.

This is wrong flex application - through the cabinet.
