Default Flex hose connected to fireplace manifild....Need advice

Is flex hose allowed to be used as piping to the manifold ?

That is really incredible, its a wonder they didn't have a Flame-Thrower---

Is that an old Brass Gas Flex Pipe too boot?......

I would recommend that the gas supply be turned off until until repaired by a qualified person.


That is incredibly dangerous and unprofessional.

That's the kind of stuff that show up as:

Family of 5 killed when fireplace exploded.
