Default Forced Air Hot Water System

I need help!

Installation date was 2002. Installer is long gone!

Hot water forced air system. The heat exchanger coil and the A.C. coil are ADP. The water heater is a Bradford White 73 gallon unit.

The drinking water and water heater and in floor radian heat are all in one package. Does to-day's requirement require the drinking water to be seperate. I think it does. Is there a time limit or are existing systems grandfathered.

Any input at all will be welcome.

Regards:

Bryce Jeffrey

Check with the AHJ about the requirement.
