Free pamphlets from Rheem Air Conditioning

The Rheem Air Conditioning Division has introduced a series of new educational pamphlets designed to help home inspectors and their customers better understand and capitalize on the transition to the new 13-SEER minimum efficiency standard taking effect on Jan. 23, 2006. Air conditioners and condensing units all have a SEER rating (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating).


The information in these pamphlets explains what buyers and sellers need to know when purchasing a new home and how the new 13-SEER minimum efficiency standard may affect the energy efficiency of the HVAC system in their new home. The new homebuyer pamphlets are specifically written for new home buyers and those like home inspectors who directly affect the home-buying process.
