Default Furnace Age Help?

Can not find it in my Technical Reference Guide, Inter City Products Model #CHGK050AF01, manufacters Number 9414839332, Additional number on the plate 20045401A. Any help would be appreciated. The seller disloses it is 12 years old but this thing looks brand new.

No serial number on the plate, just the model #, Manufacters #, and the additional # noted. I think I am going to be defering the age to sellers disclosure.

Your manufacturer's number looks like a standard serial number although that 8 might be a B. Regardless, it looks like a March 1994 unit.
