Are there any problems with the conductor placement inside this gas furnace?
BTW, I see the csst is improper, you cannot run flex gas pipe through the furnace wall. I am worried the old conductor wire needs documented??

That’s not CSST. FWIW, I think you need to stop worrying about stuff like this and spend a day or two learning how to use a camera.
I would write up that wire also.
neither CSST nor a flexible appliance connector should be inside of an appliance housing.
