Default Furnace exhaust too close to heat pump

Does anyone see an issue with a high efficiency furnace exhaust being so close to the heat pump?
The heat pump was installed two years after the completion of the house.
I'm thinking theoretically, the furnace and heat pump should not be operating at the same time to cause coil corrosion.
