Default Gas Dryer Vent Question....
older galvanized duct....for dryer vent. What is proper?

Looks Improper. Is the one end on the left side the connection to the dryer?

Were does it terminate?

Outside....theres a hole on the otherside of the water heater. Which is to the right of
the heater...not shown.

The paint cans are in a bad spot as well.

Could the dryer vent go up and over the furnace and then go outside?
I would give my client the CPSC dryer info.

What is the pipe wrapped with?
