Going to an inspection this morning and the gas fireplace has copper piping ran to it. I think gas & brass tubing is ok if gas is <0.3 grains of hydrogen sulfide. This is a 2-3 part question:
Is this correct? Is there any other thing I missed? How would you word it? I have seen it before of course butits been a long while and I know this client is worried about it as per the agent! Thank you gentlemen and have a great day inspecting! Randy |

Copper tubing very common here. Call your local utility.

Yep, call your utility company. Copper is prohibited in my area.

Brass gas appliance hoses have been on the CPSC's recall list for many years.
