Default Geothermal Heating system
Anyone inspect geothermal heating systems before? Are there common problems with these system up here in Canada or is there something that you look for specifically?

I suggest that all geothermal heating systems be serviced prior to close of title, because there are no visual clues that would indicate its running properly in most cases.
