Default Haier Heat Pumps and Condensing Coils

Haier has gone out of business. This is probably because many of them are bad. I did an inspection on an apartment building that had these units. They all needed replaced and were only a year old. Now go to find out that the company has gone out of business in the US.

Everyone keep this in mind if you run into them.

A quick check at : http://www.haieramerica.com/en/hvac/ reveals that they are actually alive and well. Be careful about spreading rumors. As for them being bad? They're cheap, but no cheaper than a goodman - still perfectly functional.
