HVAC 13 Seer
it's there a website that makes sure the 13 seer condenser and furnace match.

Are they both 13 SEER? If so, they "match".
Matching is about 50% a marketing ploy and 50% reality anyhow. Depending on the metering device, it might not matter anyhow.
