HVAC efficiencies according to age

Just came across this while speaking with the National Lab about getting a free software for performing energy audits. When performing an energy audit, or an energy inspection/consultation, an inspector shall report efficiencies of appliances. This may be a quick way to do that. Check it out. Tell me what you think.
