Default Identifying Carrier Heat Pump Tonnage

Anyone familiar with Carrier heat Pumps that can help identify the tonnage. Is the first one 4 ton and the second one 8 ton? These are commercial units.

Model number 50tfq 004---511
Serial number 0902G50385

Model number 50tfq 008---511
Serial number 1002G50545
