Default Less than desirable supply air

Thought my supply air was a little on the short side today, A-coil looked clean Return air filters were new, blower sounded good had to be something found it in the attic old electronic filter had not been cleaned since Mobey Dick was a minnow

funny. By the by Charley, how many different kinds of Insulation was up there?

Insulation? Including the covering coming off that old cloth braided Romex.
