Inspected a Maytag A/C unit today.
Serial# DSD050601998
Label said manufactured by Nordyne Corp.
Any help with mfg date would be appreciated.

Ignore the first three letters and then use the next four numbers:

year-year-month-month

So you have a June 2005 unit.
