Default NO-NAME HVAC Unit

The data plate says "Manufactured for Heat Controller"; Model # GHJ 95 - D3; Serial CN3D104 F1581 7753.
It's a two burner -- I'll try to attach a photo.
It has what appears to be/have been a furnace "closet" which is now part of the return air ducting.
House is over 60 yrs old, rural mid-America.
Any help??
Thanks.
I have till Wed 18th PM to complete the report, but the sooner the better.

It was, indeed, manufactured for Heat Controller, sometime around April 1981. That serial number setup is quite common for many brands, with that F in the middle of the number being the manufacturing plant, the 15 being the week, and the 81 being the year.
