Is there some thing wrong with this pic? The exhaust pipe runs 4” above the top of the panel. The exhaust flue blocks the path that the make up air supply pipe should run.

That depends if the intake is going to be hooked up.
Where is the unit located? In a conditioned space? |

Is the basement finished?
Yes, then it should be piped. No, it is a general rule that open basements are unconditioned spaces and the make up air in not required if the sq. ft. area is sufficient to provide this air. |
