This is a good find,
I just have one thing to add.On page 16 they have a picture of VENT and FILL pipes,the VENT pipe on new install should extend to a height of 6'6" or 2m from grade.In all installs the vent pipe should terminate higher than fill pipe.

really vent pipe at 6'6".... never heard that one... that is pretty high... just the vent correct?

It's a Canadian thing,I think your code is 2' Read page 13 on Vent pipes. Really,just the vent!!
