What type of inspections, if any are any of you doing for fuel oil tanks for furnaces? Todays inspection has one that is underground. Not much to see from this view point.

Underground tanks don't last long, ten years or so. Above ground can be double that probably less.
Here's a good checklist: http://www.inspect-ny.com/oiltanks/tankinsp.htm More info: http://www.inspect-ny.com/oiltanks/tanks.htm InterNachi Awards Portal: http://co.nachi.org/inachiawards/ ____________________________________________ "An Education, not just an Inspection" Larry Kage, CMI Lake Ann (Traverse City), Michigan 49650 231 929 3525 Professional Inspector serving the Traverse City, Michigan area and beyond.
