Must have had fun writing that one up: Rusted out electric panel box, satellite dish screwed into the roof, nice stand, etc.

Older school.
This was in a 5400 square foot 1887 house owned and lived (now deceased) in by one of the richest guys in the county.

This heater was functional and in use and the water heater appeared to have been recently replumbed to supplement a newer electric water heater.
