Default Question on vent termination

Inspected a 2007 home with an Amana Distinctions furnace. Model # GMH950703BXAB, serial # 0705105091. Question is this installation adequate? Even years ago we installed concentric termination vents and even a two pipe installation would terminate at different heights with down turned 45's with a bird screen. Was the installer just too cheap?

Might not like the look but may not be a technical issue.
Not sure what your concern is.

Water intrusion is not an issue ,nor is intake and exhaust mix an issue from what I can tell.

Were the manufacturer's instructions with the furnace? Being a 2007 construction I would imagine they would be.
