everything wrong with that picture... but it all stems from someone breaking in last year and stealing all the copper... they "tried" to fix everything but evidently this got overlooked....

That elboe is black pipe and will be joining the rust parade soon.
I can imagine what the ceiling looks like with all that debrie on the boiler top.
Other than that....easy fix.
