I need help with the age of this Rheem model: mn RAKA-030JAZ, sn 5428-M180009452

Where is the best place to find this type of information for all brands.

Most manufacturers include the manufacture date in the serial #, but some are more cryptic. I usually go to their website to try and decipher the #, if it's not obvious. I don't know of a website that gives a comprehensive list of all manufacturers.

That A/C unit was manufactured in the 18th week of 2000
